Tpa Denver Permaculture Action Day says
Saturday, October 24th!
day after the TPA & Rising Ap show!
2500 Lawrence Street, Denver, CO: Sustainability Park

Come transplant the urban farms of Sustainability Park that are being evicted and displaced for high-rent apartment development to their new locations to grow food for everyone!

This is about justice. This is about food. This is about food justice. And This is about fun. Come out to the Permaculture Action Day in Denver in the hundreds so we can get down and dirty and show the resillience of our community by packing down, re-building, and re-planting the urban farms to a new spot where they can grow and thrive. And as always with our action days, we're going to be doing so much more than that ; ) Just trust us?

An act of resilience. And an act of resistance.

Come out strong for what promises to be a highly potent Action Day to build and grow a better future for all.

Want to play some music, offer a workshop, share a skill, or offer some food during the Action Day? Have another idea? Get in touch with Ryan Rising on Facebook, or just bring it!

After years of growth, the farms of the Urban Farmers Collaborative are being displaced by a new development, and are breaking down the garden beds, uprooting the plants, and moving down the block to their new urban farming home! Show up strong for Denver's Urban Farmers and show how strong and resilient the Denver community is. Root down with us in our new home, and rise up to build the world we want to bring into being!

What would our world look like if we were able to catalyze the energy of the millions of people that are attending music events world wide? What would happen if we used that energy to create community gardens, naturally built structures, water catchment systems, river cleanups, reforestation, all while educating people along the way? In the fall of 2014, music artist The Polish Ambassador ( led a team of earth activists, community instigators and permaculture educators to set out for an answer.

The result was a monumentally successful 35 city tour known as TPA's Permaculture Action Tour. The day after every single performance, show-goers were encouraged to come out and actively participate in ecological and social permaculture efforts in their own city.

As fate would have it, the nation-wide tour was but a seedling for a large sprawling flower. Permaculture Action days are now being fully integrated into festival culture, popping up all over the world thanks to the support of The Polish Ambassador, festivals, organizations and individuals who believe that Permaculture Action is not just an idea for a music tour, but rather a revolutionary movement.

Stay tuned for details relating to our permaculture action day in Denver!
