Dine on rich, modern Mexican cuisine at Mundo. This upscale restaurant is located at the Las Vegas Design Center on Grand Central Parkway. It features a chic decor with an Old World charm that's great for a romantic night out. Mundo owners Mingo Collaso, George Harris and Executive Chef Robert Solano welcome guests to try a variety of artfully prepared cuisine. Start off with an Ahi tuna tostada with spicy chile vinaigrette or a chicken quesadilla made with chipotle-spiced tortillas. Dine on one of many entrees, like the shrimp tamale with brandy sauce or carnitas with a cucumber habanero salad. Mundo also serves vegetarian dishes. This restaurant has outside seating, a full bar and valet parking.
