Centro Taco

Centro Taco is a Modern Mexican restaurant by chef restaurateur Richard Hales. The menu at Centro Taco brings Mexico City cuisine to the #305 serving antojitos snacks, salsa & pickled vegetables, tostadas, queso flameado and several vegan options.

Chef Hales with his Chef de Cuisine James Seyba are influenced by South Florida and are bringing those influences to the menu. Influences from Cuban, Jewish and Haitian dishes are incorporated in the Mexico City street food menu using local products from local farms and vendors. Everything is made in-house at Centro taco including torta bread, corn and flour tortillas, pickled vegetables, spice rubs and sauces.

Eight beers on tap and plenty of margaritas to start the night off and house-made deserts and Azucar Ice Cream to finish it.
