The Who

Frankly, the only thing that has made The Who relevant in the last ten years was an episode of the Adult Swim show Joe Pera Talks To You, in which the title character interrupts a Christmas church service to gush about his discovery of the 1971 mega-hit “Baba O’Riley.” He just loves the song. He can’t get enough of it. It’s heartwarming to see such unironic joy derived from a track everyone else got sick of decades ago.
