Lugareño’s executive chef, Luis Alberto Jiménez, teams up with La Gringa’s Miguel Angelo Gomez Navarro (a.k.a. Fish) on a special menu brimming with organic ingredients, responsibly sourced seafood and incredible drink pairings, featuring wines from Valle de Guadelupe’s popular Bodega Symmetría.
