Acro Yoga Fly & Thai Workshop

Come experience the healing power of flight and Thai massage as both a giver and receiver during this 3-hour workshop at Elevate Yoga Center with AcroYoga Certified Teacher Sarah Burnett and Tala Neudigate! We will begin by exploring connection, trust and play as we flow through partner yoga and counterbalancing in pairs and trios. Then we will delve into the Lunar side of AcroYoga as we share in yummy assisted stretches and fly as bats, whales and dancers while learning fun transitions from front flying to back flying! Our time together will end with some delicious Thai Massage on Elevate’s new cushioned floors! Fly solo or come with a partner! No yoga experience necessary for this all levels workshop.
