Come run, walk or run/walk with us every Monday at 6:15 PM. This week we'll run a timed out and back course. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back. We'll all start together and finish together! We have a well lit route for the the time change. We also have Coach Seth from Black Matter Training LLC to guide us through some warm-up and form tips.
