You will learn simple but effective techniques to release areas of the body that may have tension and tightness so you can fold deeper without pain or injury. Kerri will show you how to gain the strength and flexibility you need to relax into backbends so you can enjoy them! All levels open to this workshop. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook to take notes.
