Why do we have a Leap Day? Find out this February 29th why we had to add an extra day to the calendar!

To celebrate Leap Day, Science Center guests are going to be able to participate in the following activities:
• A giant game of Leap Frog in Dino Digs, (starting at 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
• Make origami leaping frogs. (1:30-2:30 p.m.)
• Guided Planet tours that explain why we have leap year/leap day, (1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.)
• NatureWorks will highlight leaping animals like frogs and crickets

COST

Leap Day activities are included with general admission which is $19.95 for adults, $17.95 for seniors and students, $13.95 for children ages 3–11. The event is free to Science Center members and Member Guest Passes are accepted.

Science for All – General Admission Access Program:
If you have an EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card and a valid form of photo ID, please show it at the admissions desk to receive $3 admission per person for up to six individuals. This discount applies to general admission and may not be applicable for special engagement exhibits or certain events.
