Time Out says

Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of " Bloody Sunday On the weekend of March 6th-8th, the 50th Commemorative March on Selma will be held in memory of Bloody Sunday, when police violently beat voting rights marchers as they tried to cross the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma on their way to Montgomery in 1965. Recognizing that not everyone will be able to travel to Selma, Alabama to participate in the event, and that after fifty years later, the actions and teachings of Selma continues to be as important as ever in light of the challenges we face today around civil rights, voting rights, and racial justice, YOU can play a pivotal role by participating in the solidarity march in Orlando on March 7th.
