The event creator says
In a world where listening has fallen to the side, where posting, tweeting, texting, voice(ing) has become the norm, The Listening Project aims to listen to people. Through pop-up art galleries, outdoor/indoor festivals, The Listening Project presents a purely listening experience. Two chairs aligned to face each other in off-parallel lines, touching only on one side encompasses the physical structure.

The team - Tisse Mallon and Jack Graham and Banks Helfrich - listen to any able and interested volunteers who want to be listened to. The experience is timed at five minutes.

Tisse Mallon is a Holistic Lifestyle Teacher & Healer.
Jack Graham is an Improv Artist, Musician and Project Manager at Philips.
Banks Helfrich is JiggleMan, Healthy Herb, Math-U the Counting Cowboy, The Ralph Show (Stand-up Comedy for Kids), an independent filmmaker and a water harvester.

The Listening Project's goal is to make Orlando a beacon of listening, pulling people away from screens and back into direct human contact.

Find us this weekend in the Artist's Corner as part of the Central Florida Veg Fest 2015 in Festival Park. Here's more info on the festival:
