Monday Nights : IRIE NIGHTS By Dajen Eats featuring Caribbean vegan recipes from Chef Jenn Ross. Favorites include crab cakes and surf and turf.

Tuesday NightS : NEW! Beginning this week more Irie nights. With Dajen eats. Stay tuned for details.

Wednesday : IRIE NIGHTS by Dajen Eats featuring Caribbean vegan dishes by Chef Jenn Ross. Favorites include jerk jackfruit sliders and grilled stuffed pineapple

Thursday : LEGUMINATI featuring classic crunchwrap legendary favorite with new comfort and veganized favorites by Bex Larson and Mike Fonner. Favorites include French dip and Cuban Sammie

Friday : Joe's Oat Patties is back with GLUTEN FREE VEGAN PIZZA. along side their many versions of the meeball sub included but not limited to BUFFALO CHICN, Classic ITALIAN, and PORTABELLO AND GRAVY.

Saturday is IRIE BRUNCH with Dajen Eats 1st and 3rd Saturday
Kicks off March 18 with Chickin and Waffles and mango French toast

Sunday Leguminati brings it with brunch 11-3
Of Course Crunchwraps are on the menu usually accompanies some rad breakfast Sammie and one other lunchy Sammie for a total of 3 choices for delicious.

Fig and flour clean eating sweets and Irie cream flank the counter during all events and make for a great sweet treat for dessert.

Grab staples for the pantry and fridge from The Cookery and Press'd one stop shop. Dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Dinner for the weekend.
