Shadow Wine Bar

While part of the Alex Hotel, Shadow has also carved out its own distinct identity on William Street. This converted banking hall has seen its fair share of corporate cards. It has the feel of a bigger city eatery, hosting business lunches and lone creatives taking a late glass of wine and grazing the bar menu. Chef Suzie Hutchins has shaped an Italian-inspired menu that leans on WA’s best produce – from Fremantle octopus to Shark Bay crab, housemade halloumi and urban honey.
