Hidden location, peep-hole and a password – this laneway speakeasy with a rum focus is about as sneaky as a drink can get
Another addition to Perth’s late night bar scene, Sneaky Tony’s joins the ranks of bars with a focus on choice liquor. Here, that choice is rum. Taking the name of a notorious depression-era bootlegger, Sneaky Tony's has a speakeasy vibe with no signage, a weekend password and laneway location, just behind Pleased to Meet You.
Clint Nolan, owner of PTMY and Joe’s Juice Joint, is clearly in good form with this secretive watering hole, an ideal one to have up your sleeve when diving into the cheap eats of Chinatown.
