A modern diner has one of Perth’s most extensive by-the-glass wine lists

The Heritage, previously a CBD restaurant, has eased the reins and taken on the mantle of one of the city's best wine bars. An extensive wine list of old- and new-world labels is expertly curated to provide one of the largest by the glass selections in the city: over a hundred labels by the glass. Pair this with the food of chef Matt Carulei and things get seriously interesting. Carulei had been turning heads for some time at Flour Factory and Halo before taking on the Heritage’s kitchen. Classic technique, a modern outlook and a handle on great produce are his hallmarks.

The Heritage Wine Bar says
The Heritage Brasserie, Bar & Boardroom is based upon the grand cafés of Europe. The brasserie offers an all-day a la carte menu through to late night dinner, and boasts a European dominant wine list. The Bar joins the Brasserie with a historic facade, dramatic high ceilings, hand made French pewter bar counters and marble floors.

The Boardroom is a private dining room that can accommodate twenty people overlooking St Georges Terrace. The Boardroom is available for corporate functions and meetings, with varying seating options, a 46" LCD TV, and dining facilities. The Boardroom can seat up to 20 guests.

Lurking in the basement is Bobèche, a deep and moody personality for those wanting a dark and intimate setting to enjoy an extensive wine list, mixed cocktails, diverse liquor offering, tap beer and food options.
