The restaurant and rooftop bar were inspired by the Arabic word for “garden”, with the Middle Eastern oasis providing a welcome escape, contrasting against the Perth CBD and concrete jungle surroundings.
The mains menu features taste sensations of Moroccan chicken, market fish with spiced romesco, piquillo peppers and sumac congo chips, roasted eggplant with miso and fetta and braised lamp shoulder with figs and sesame.
