Jersey Jack Gelato is the first Australian outpost of a Kuala Lumpur-based dessert parlour, and there’s a clear Malaysian influence on their hand-crafted flavours. Alongside the likes of New York cheesecake and tiramisu, you can grab a scoop of teh tarik or lychee gelato, or head along on a weekend to sample their durian soft-serve.
Jersey Jack's other weekend (and Friday!) specialty is the highly sought-after bomboloni 'doughnut cone', courtesy of a delicious collaboration with Lena Lu Creations – yes, it's a cone made out of doughnuts, topped with gelato.
