Time Out says

The fine diner of Bali import Ku De Ta is vying for a spot amongst Perth’s best

While the more expensive end of the dining scene might be under pressure, Ku Dining proves that invention, polished service and a hint of luxury are still on the menu for Perth’s diners. Head chef Liam Atkinson and executive chef Dan Fisher were the team behind the much-lauded Print Hall dining room. Its closure could have seen them lost to the eastern states or further afield, but, back together riverside, they are again on top form. Atkinson out front has a handle on great produce, from mutton to Manjimup black truffle and more esoteric meat choices like alpaca. The wine program isn’t too shabby either, with a list that takes in notable WA names, as well as crossing state lines and diving into the best of the Basket Ranges, with Adelaide favourites, like Ochota Barrels and Lucy Margaux.
