Julian Silburn (Sound Alchemist) and Mandi J Nelson ( Integrated Yoga Teacher) are so honoured, and gently joyous(dancing on the inside!) to be working together every 2nd week down at Mullaloo Point - on the Beach in Perth's northern suburbs..<3 (5,19th March, April 2nd, 16th)
Utilising the breath, yoga asana, meditation, intent and the deeply relaxing cleansing, balancing and the restorative sounds of Didjeridu, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Didjeridus,Gong,and other Sacred World instruments, this is a Divine opportunity to recharge after maybe a difficult week, to get out into a natural environment, draw some energy from the Indian Ocean and our Golden Sun...Maybe to set clear intention to banish outdated habits(samaskaras) paradigms and mind sets, whatever is holding you back from Being your True Greatness, or to just simply turn up AND CELEBRATE being ALIVE!
Embodying the principles of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, Julian & Mandi will be calling upon the Laws of the Cosmos, and allowing guidance from the Ancestors and Ancient knowledge to be bought forth and shared for the greater good of all, this beautiful intermingling of golden and silver light will utilise the tools of movement, breath, sacred ceremony and sound(and more) opening the anaharta (heart) to our natural ability to surf the flow. Gently guiding you to practice and live more from your 'heart knowing' beyond the constraints and vestiges of the mind & society.
This beach practice is open to all ages and all levels of practitioner. Kids are more than welcome :-) Come have some fun
Please BYO sarong - maybe 2 one for your 'mat' and the other to put over head for the sound journey at the end, towel and water.
Exchange is heart felt donation, (suggested energy exchange $20 minimum).

NB.Mullaloo Point is NOT at Mullaloo Main beach(its about a 15 min walk along the beach from there heading north )....or travel by car north along Oceanside Drive towards ocean reef Rd and its accessible from the last small carpark (you may need to park on the road or up a close street ) before you get to Ocean reef rd & the big park there. Walk down the path way head towards the northern rocks we will be there <3
