Come join the community of the Heart! Over 4 weeks, we will cover the fundamentals of meditation, mind purification and Self-realization.

This course serves as an introduction for beginners, and also a solid refresher for even advanced practitioners – how to root ourselves in a strong practice and enjoy the support of a meditation group. We will work a lot with ‘the stability of the Heart’ finding ways to ground ourselves, deeply, feeling ever-safe, supported and loved from within, instead of from without.

For those who are interested in our free meditation classes, this course gives you all the tools to understand what is necessary for a free flowing, harmonious and enlightening meditation practice. We will explore the Hridaya Meditation system, Self-enquiry, Jnana Yoga and the Spiritual Heart, leaving with some strong wisdom around the consciousness of Oneness and the Reality itself.

Casual attendance is available however the course functions best as a 4 week journey.
