Cacao Yoga & Meditation says
Sunday morning Cacao Bliss is on twice this month 5th and 19th June...with a new extended 2 hour time slot!

Come and start your Sunday morning indulging in a raw chocolate elixir and journeying deeply into the heart with Hridaya Meditation, Yoga and Yoga Nidra (lucid relaxation).

We come together to drink a creative dose (about 28grams) of ceremonial grade cacao, prepared from raw cacao grown in the rain forests of Guatemala and selected by a chocolate shaman through his connection to the Spirit of Cacao. With an attitude of deep gratitude we call on the Spirit of Cacao to share her wisdom with us and to connect us to our own inner light, the wisdom of the Heart.

After an introduction to cacao and a light meditation we'll practice a fusion of Hridaya hatha & yin yoga. Hridaya Yoga teaches the path of the Spiritual Heart, an invitation to live with an open heart, discovering the infinite potential of the path of the Heart. Hridaya brings together meditation and hatha yoga, giving you the tools to create a life of openness, stillness, surrender and joy. We'll close the class with a yoga nidra practice also known as lucid relaxation.

Why do we combine cacao with yoga & meditation?

Why chocolate meditation & yoga? Well asides from the obvious - who doesn't love chocolate..we combine cacao with meditation and yoga because cacao is rich in antioxidants and this super food increases the blood flow and tissue oxygenation....opening the heart and giving clarity and focus of the mind. It is a beautiful tool to lead you deeper into the Heart.

Ceremonial cacao is an ancient plant medicine, a wisdom keeper, a teacher and facilitator. We call on the spirit of cacao to help us to connect with our own inner wisdom as she gently guides us to the door of the heart, to the spiritual dimension, for a journey into the light. This Mayan cacao has been lovingly hand processed in Guatemala and infused with spirit by shamans, giving the ceremonial cacao a spiritual dimension not found in other cacao.
