The Distiller’s Loft has been designed to showcase the best spirits on offer at the Queens, whilst having fun and learning a little more about popular and lesser known distilleries. The night itself will involve an introduction tO the distillery and the distilling process, opportunity to make three uniquely crafted cocktails that best showcase the product and step-by-step instructions on how to make them at home. Snacks will be provided throughout the night.
Our first Distiller’s Loft will feature Hippocampus, an independent distillery located in West Perth who have been distilling vodka since 2014 and gin since 2015. The crew at Hippocampus are a fun and entertaining bunch who have a wealth of knowledge about not just gin and vodka but most spirits and liqueurs.
The Distiller’s Loft is for anyone who is looking to further their spirit knowledge or looking for fresh takes on these classic sprits. Learn how to impress your friends by being able to order more than just a vodka, lime and soda on your next night out.
