After release of his latest album, ‘There’s Another Way to Where You’re Going’, John Flanagan is firmly on music lovers minds and industry watch lists and set to embark on a national tour.

Combining 60s and 70s folk singer/songwriter influences with a contemporary Americana sound. The album released on February 4th, recorded in Nashville by producer Viktor Krauss has already received rave reviews and debuted in the top 10 iTunes singer/songwriter charts.

‘★★★★’ –The Brag Magazine

‘The music is just gorgeous, I absolutely love it’ – Felicity Urquhart, Saturday Night Country – ABC Radio National

Flanagan’s engaging, honest lyricism and timeless melodies have seen him win over fans at major folk festivals around Australia and he won the respect of the Australian country & roots music scene when he took out the prestigious Gympie Music Muster Talent Search in 2013.

He will be playing the Fly Trap with trio alt-country singer Sal Kimber and guitarist Tully Summer.

With special guests, two of WA’s most gorgeous vocalists, Helen Shanahan and Bri Clark.

Helen Shanahan is a 27-year-old singer/songwriter from Perth, Western Australia. Her music can best be described as contemporary folk/pop with a strong acoustic feel. She has supported artists such as Passenger and Matt Corby, and is currently writing for a new album to be recorded in Nashville this year.

Bri Clark is a 23 year old singer/songwriter. Her awe-inspiring vocals and ability to transport anyone anywhere through lyric and melody will see you adventuring down paths you had forgotten you’d walked. With her dark and captivating voice that hits you in the gut, and chilling, hypnotic alt/pop sounds, she’s hard to forget after you’ve heard her.
