After a brief hiatus last week, our "Learning To Love Aged Wines" evenings is back on this Thursday the 5th May from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

Each week we will be showcasing several wines which have been aged in our own private cellar. The evening is ideal for those wanting to gain information on aged wines, covering aspects such as decanting, storage etc. We also show wines with faults such as cork taint etc, to gain an understanding of what a corked wine smells like.

The wines featured are not expensive. Some wines previously featured have been exceptionally delicious, while others have greatly disappointed. It's been an interesting journey over the past 2 years that we've been holding these events.

Discovering a Swan Valley shiraz and a 1999 Marlborough pinot which are both drinking well and both under $25 would be just some of the stand outs.

As with all of our "Learning To Love Aged Wines" evenings, the tasting is a FREE EVENT.

We look forward to seeing you in store this Thursday evening from 5:00pm as we hope to uncover another gem.
