The University of Western Australia says
Sample the delights of local sustainable food organisations, watch the ethical fashion show (3.30pm-4pm), peruse the social enterprise marketplace and perhaps come home with a purchase or two.

This is a family-friendly feast for the senses where you can discover some of the inspiring initiatives happening in your own backyard and envision a sustainable future for WA.

Stall-holders:
Befriend Inc – a completely inclusive Social Network bringing people from diverse backgrounds together

Boxed Green - supporting the Perth community in creating eco-gardens

Cullen Wines - biodynamic practices and minimal intervention applied to both vineyard and winery

Daniel.Ink – quirky, hand-drawn designed T-shirts and prints where 10% of profits go to Ability Centre

Ellume Life – exquisite, eco homewares

Enterprise Learning Projects – tea, soap, and other products from Indigenous-led enterprises

Fair Go Trading – fair trade and eco products

Inspirationery - eco-luxe stationery where half the profits are donated to empowering women and girls

Kommunity Brew – Australia’s freshest Kombucha using ethical, cruelty free, organic ingredients

Life Cykel - coffee waste turned into gourmet oyster mushrooms

The Green Swing - creating small scale inner city living environments in Perth

threeonesix – goods crafted to raise the standard, including 100% organic and pesticide-free tea

U-Chus Fair Trade Pty Ltd – fair trade products from 20 NGOs worldwide

UWA Innovation Quarter – showcasing innovation and entrepreneurship from UWA

Higher Grounds - top quality coffee, at less cost and with less impact on the environment

Meast - Middle Eastern Street Food - high quality, fresh Middle Eastern food with a twist

Sweet Dream Foods - Healthy, all-natural, no preservatives handmade bagels and donuts


What is the Social Impact Festival?

It’s your chance to learn, connect, create, and build capacity to make Western Australia a better place for all. The festival is hosted by the Centre for Social Impact at The University of Western Australia with over 30 events happening around Perth from 20 to 27 July.
