Sorry to all the wine drinkers of Perth!

We have ignored you for too long, playing with our little bottles of gin.

So we put together this luscious treat for you as an apology :)

We have paired a delicious, velvety, smoked pâté with a fantastic Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills. On the side you'll find some char grilled organic sourdough with lashings of evoo, cranberries and thyme.

Sounds delightful right?

The pâté is handcrafted in small batches by a family in Manjimup. They use all LOCAL ingredients, and are all NATURAL from WA. The sourdough is made by Organic Loafers in Burswood.

A crisp $20 note gets you a chunk of pâté and a glass of Pinot Noir. If you don't like Pinot, we do have other wines available and the pâté does go great with Sloe gin :)
