Property Investments The Good, The Bad And The Ugly Lunch An says
Join us at the BWA Lunch & Learn at HHG Legal group to hear the latest from our two leading experts on property - the opportunities, pitfalls, risk minimization, legal tips and traps.

Sue Pember, owner of Mi Casa Property Boutique will share her opinions about property investing. Hear the latest stats on the best performing real estate and tips of what to avoid.

HHG's most experienced Property Lawyer, Anne Hurley, will cover the legal issues and provide an insight into the traps that many investors can avoid. From the offer stage, buying options, contracts, signing up tenants with rental agreements, property management and responsibilities of landlords, and exit tips.

This is a great opportunity to get the answers to your property investment questions from the perspective of both a real estate professional and a property lawyer. This is a Boardroom event, with a working lunch and limited in size, so book early to avoid missing out.

Anne joined HHG Legal Group in 2014 as leader of the Real Estate team. She brings with her a wealth of experience in local, national and international commercial real estate transactions. Including advising sellers and buyers of residential and commercial property, completing due diligence, title and lease reviews, advising on commercial property structures, acting on acquisitions, drafting contracts of sale and providing legal advice on general commercial property matters.

Anne has worked with a broad range of clients on all aspects of property law. In addition to acting for sellers and buyers of major real estate assets she as also acted for the receivers, managers and mortgagees of well known West Australian property developers, their related companies and a national supermarket retailer on a range of property and liquor licensing matters including commercial leasing.

This is such a great opportunity to sit with this Lawyer and the BWA members over lunch.

BWA are thrilled to be able to bring this experience to you.
Bookings are essential as these Lunch & Learn events are always SOLD OUT.
