Time Out says

Say goodbye to 2021 at the biggest New Year’s Eve event in Perth

Strap yourself in folks, because all the details for Snack NYE have dropped, and let’s just say this is one party you do not want to miss.

The Claremont Showgrounds will play host to this carnival-style extravaganza, with the gates set to open at 5pm. Most of the action will take place around the main stage – which is shaped like a retro boombox and provides an unparalleled audio and visual experience. With more than 100 LED lights and even a couple of flame towers, this is where you’re going to want to be when the clock strikes 12.

Electronic duo Slumberjack are locked in to provide the evening’s soundtrack, and will be joined by a number of yet-to-be-announced DJs. The Aperol Spritz Forrest Stage will also be blasting tunes long into the night (and serving up plenty of spritzes, too), but you’ll also be able to let loose at the Rave Cave, Ultra Silent Disco and many of the huge outdoor dancefloors.

With ten separate bars and beer gardens (including a rainbow slushy stall and Red Bull tent), plus a dedicated food truck space, there’s no way you’ll go hungry or thirsty. If you need a little break from the bangers though, you can always visit the arcade, check out the rides, play giant beer pong or see how long you can last on the bucking bull.

And because no good New Year’s Eve party is complete without fireworks, the event organisers have got one hell of a light show lined up.

So if you’re keen to ring in 2022 with 15,000 of your closest pals, grab your tickets here.
