Create your own illustrations and learn tips and tricks from the best. Suitable for ages 7 + . Participants must be accompanied by a parent/ caregiver. Workshop materials are supplied. Free event. Bookings reqiuired.

About Peter Kendall

Twice a finalist in the Archibald Prize, most recently with his portrait of boxing champion Danny Green, Peter Kendall works across a range of form and style, from experimental abstraction to the highly finished realism. He has published eleven children’s books, and was awarded the Western Australian Premier’s Book Awards for Rosa’s Famous Elbow (written by Mike Lefroy with illustrations by Peter Kendall). Peter Loves to laugh and have fun and enjoys sharing his knowledge and inspiration with others.

Peter Kendall's illustrations along with many others are featured in our current exhibition, A Sausage Went for a Walk One Day on display until 31 December 2016. For more information go to www.slwa.wa.gov.au
