When was the last time you spent a day centering yourself back into inspiration and peace?

On Sunday June 12th, we will spend half a day reconnecting mind, body and spirit. The main focus of this retreat is to use restorative practices to allow higher guidance and instructions from the stillness to come forth: re-inspiring and energizing us for the upcoming weeks. The schedule will alternate sessions of Yoga, movement, breathe and meditation in a fresh atmosphere.

The retreat will run from 930am-230pm in our beautiful hall. Everything will be provided including a light breakfast, full lunch, and afternoon snack. We look forward to supporting you on this day.


Contents:
Meditation: Short guided sessions to bring clarity to our mind, followed by journaling
Yoga for stress release and insights
Breathing techniques: Pranayama is an ancient and highly efficient yoga practice for bringing energy to our whole being and regenerating the organs of our physical body
Movement: A therapeutic practices for moving the body, unlocking stagnant chi and emotions using music
Relaxation: Incredibly important, relaxation leads to healing.

What to bring:
Bring a notebook and pen! Comfortable clothes, and an aspiration to relax the mind fully. All food and drinks, yoga mats and cushions will be provided on the day.
