The Bernard Wolfman Civil Discourse Project says
The 2015 Civil Discourse Forum brings together two national experts from Washington, DC, to examine whether how we fund—and who funds—politics is fundamental to how we develop policy about key issues, such as gun control, immigration, the environment, education and more.

Craig Holman, Ph.D., government affairs lobbyist for Public Citizen, helped draft and promote the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act. He will speak in support of campaign finance reform.

John Samples, Ph.D., vice president and publisher of the Cato Institute, will present as a leading skeptic of the propriety and value of most campaign finance regulation.

Chris Satullo, vice president of news and civic dialogue at WHYY, and co-founder and co-director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Project for Civic Engagement, will moderate the forum.
