South District Plan 2nd Public Meeting

The South District Plan is one of 18 District Plans that will guide Philadelphia’s physical development. The plan will make recommendations for zoning changes, city-owned land and facilities, and public investments in South Philadelphia. At the second public meeting we will: - See results from the 1st Public Meeting exercises - Refine the community vision for growth, development & preservation - Establish planning priorities &recommendations in critical areas It is critically important that proponents of a more pedestrian and bike-friendly, multi-modal Washington Avenue show up to influence the planning direction.
