Carnegie Museum of Natural History says
Our special exhibition, Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of the Dinosaurs, is flying away May 22, but Carnegie Museum of Natural History has a lot of fun activities planned before these amazing prehistoric reptiles take flight and leave Pittsburgh!

Weekends in May will be all about pterosaurs. On Saturdays and Sundays, guests of all ages can learn about pterosaurs in our permanent collections, make pterosaur gliders, and meet a live lizard.

Mother’s enjoy Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs FREE with museum admission on May 8.

LIVE REPTILE SHOW

Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs
Get acquainted with several of our live reptiles during this full length animal show! Touch, listen, ask questions and learn as we tell you more about the animals of our living collection. Run time: 30 minutes. Free with admission to Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs.

PTEROSAUR GLIDING RANGE
May 7 from 11am – 1 p.m.
May 8 from 1 - 3 p.m.
Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs
Craft your FREE pterosaur glider, see how far you can make it glide to catch its “prey”, and take it home with you when you’re finished. Free with admission to Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs.
