This event is just the beginning of many tastey things to come! Chef D wants to bring his incredible, authentic ramen to the people of Pittsburgh. With a new location in the works, this event serves as a preview for the complete project. Come on down to the Vandal on Dec. 1st to try either traditional Tonkotsu Broth or Miso Broth Ramen, you will be very happy you did! (Also includes complimentary beverage!) $15

Chef D. McCully has a new restaurant in the works. Called D-RAMEN, the restaurant will focus on traditional Japanese ramen, with chef D's personal flair. Trained in Osaka, Japan, chef D learned his craft at Ishi Ramen under Sensai Miya Jima San. Chef D has also spent time training in Frankfurt, Germany at Club Michel. Locally around Pittsburgh, McCully was the head chef at La Cucina Flegrea, and was on the opening team of Point Bruge in addition to his time spent at the Grand Concourse and Grit & Grace.

Come down to Vandal on December 1st between 6pm-12am to get your fresh bowl of authentic ramen! Featuring Tonkotsu broth or Miso broth Ramen and either Green Matcha Tea or a PBR pounder!
