This is a 3 week workshop. The first week will discuss a plan of eating called Ketosis. After our first meeting you will know exactly what you need to eat to shed fat quickly!

You will receive:
1. Plan of Eating
2. Exercise recommendations
3. Meal macronutrient requirements
4. optional recipes
5. Food logging guidelines
6. Grocery list

The following weeks will focus on tweaking your macronutrient and accountability. There is a lot of science to learn and each person responds a bit differently so we limit the class size so each person can get individual attention.

This way of eating is science proven and researched based. It works wonders safely and easily. But there are a few categories of people who are not good candidates for this plan: endurance athletes, pregnant women, those with thyroid or gall bladder issues, vegans and vegetarians.

With so much information conflicting information on weight management it is challenging to know what is right for you. Turning to the help of a nutritionist who specializes in weight loss is essential. Melanie has worked with clients of all types from men with severe weight-related health issues to women who just want to lose “the last 10 lbs” and others who have tried every sort of healthy eating plan from “whole30” to paleo to gluten free to raw to vegan but still can’t reach their goals. Melanie herself has dealt with hormone related weight issues from an underactive thyroid, early menopause and leptin resistance from chronic dieting in earlier years.
