This class meets on Thursday evenings at the Pacific Beach store then we head up to Kate Sessions Park for the workout. The class is open to all fitness levels, ages, and sizes.

It’s a total body workout and each session will be different which will allow you to learn new exercises that you can incorporate into your everyday routine.

The workouts will be fun, motivating, and will allow you to meet new fitness friends. The goal for each class is to get fit, have fun, feel great, meet new people, and conquer stress. You’ll burn calories while engaging your body in moves to give you lean muscle. Bring your friends, family, co-workers, and get fit together!!

Your strength coach, Erika Hermsen, is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer that has over 5 years of strength training experience.

Workouts include:
Defining the arms & shoulders

Strengthening and defining the core

Tightening & toning the glutes & lower body

Increasing cardiovascular endurance

Stretching and relaxation
