Come and watch San Diego's culinary talent battle in the first @DiningOutSD Ping-Pong Invitational at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station. Tournament participants include Chef Amy Dibiase (Tidal), Chef Brian Redzikowski (Kettner Exchange), Chef Jon Sloan (Juniper & Ivy), Chef Andrew Bachelier (Cucina Enoteca), Fishmonger Tommy Gomes (Catalina Offshore Products), Greg Hess (Mike Hess Brewing). Representing Stone Brewing Co. will be founder Greg Koch along with famed beer ambassador "Dr." Bill Sysak.

Entry includes six food stations with beer pairings by "Dr." Bill Sysak.

The event will also feature a silent auction. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Liver Foundation, Center for Community Solutions, and the San Diego Council on Literacy.

Tournament participation is limited to Restaurant Industry players but the event is open to the public to watch.
