Whether you're a part of the RU Fit Challenge or just want to come join us for a fun and challenging Saturday morning workout, you need to put this event on your calandar and get your booty to the bay! You've been putting in a ton of hard work with these workouts in these Fit Challenge weeks at the clinics so let's take that effort outdoors; and there's no better place in San Diego than by the water for us to go. Meet time is 8:15am and the workout will start promptly at 8:45am. Please bring your own water, a workout towel, a smile and a few high fives. We'll bring the workout and some extra food and drinks to replenish after! POTLUCK TO FOLLOW: Please bring a side dish (healthy please), check your email for a list of items and google groups.

Looking for a little bonus workout? Coach Bryan Hill will be leading a transition clinic for the San Diego Triathlon Series at the same location beginning at 7am that morning.
