It's time again to fire up our Santa Maria Grill and have ourselves a BBQ! This time we're pairing up with Almanac from San Francisco!

Starters with suggested pairings
Woodfire Smoked Oysters- Shredded Bottarga , Lemon Cream Sauce (Craft Pilsner)
Goat Liver Mousse- Concord Grape Jelly, Hose Bread (Grand Cru)
Beet and Pears- EVOO, Tarragon, Mint, Grilled Orange, Almond Butter, Lemon Zest (Peach de Brettaville)

Main with suggested pairings
Steak- Coffee Rubbed, Sage Roasted Potatoes, Rum Compound Butter (Coffee Barbary Coast )
Seafood Chowder- Shrimp, Octopus, Clams, Celery, Carrots, Potatoes, served in a Sourdough Bread Bowl (2016 Hoppy Sour Citra)
Smoked Sweet Potato- Sage Mt Farms Spice Mixed Green, Brown Sugar Vinaigrette, Farrow, Pomegranates (Almanac Farmer’s Reserve Raspberry)
