Saturday Night Wine Dinner - Enjoy Chef's fabulous four course meal paired with wines from Pali Wine Company, Hitching Post Wines, Crawford Family Wines and Cargasacchi.

Sunday Seminar- Wes Hagen, winemaker/vineyard manager of Clos Pepe in the SRH will lead a lively, humorous and cerebral seminar into the history of booze on the planet earth. Who were the first people or mammals to consume alcohol? What does archaeology tell us? How about conjecture? Is it true that daily alcohol use extends the human life and is our legacy as modern humans? The history of wine, beer and spirits will be based on the work of Dr. Patrick McGovern at the University of Pennsylvania and is guaranteed to revolutionize the way you look at your relationship with fermented beverages.

Seminar Tasting menu includes Kessler-Haak Sparkling, Clos Pepe Chardonnay, Ken Brown Pinot Noir and Zotovich Syrah presented by the winemakers.

Sunday BBQ and Tasting: Guests will enjoy bay views from the Marriot Marquis Coronado Terrace while sampling wines from Sta. Rita Hills wineries paired with barbecue bites from Marina Kitchen. Musician Rebecca Jade will add to an afternoon of entrainment and wine tasting fun!
