Come join Team Mo’s as we take a spin up to the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center. See where some of our countries premiere athletes train for the Olympics and Paralympics. We will start out at National City’s Pepper Park, head south to Chula Vista and take a nice steady climb up to the Training Center. We will then make our way back through Bonita after a beautiful downhill.

Meet-Up Time: 8:30 AM
Safety Speech: 8:45 AM
Ride-Out Time: 9:00 AM SHARP!!!

Rain Policy: Rain May Cancel
Terrain: Some Hills – 1500’ of total climbing
Speed: 10-15 mph

Required Items for all Training Rides: (In addition to your bike)
Bike Helmet
2 Water Bottles or 1 Hydration Pack (like a camel bak)-1 Bottle should contain an Electrolyte Replacement Drink
Bike Frame Pump or CO2 Cartridges
Patch Kit or Spare Tube
Tire Irons
Snack (Energy Bars are good)
Identification
Money for Rest Stops

Please Note: In keeping with ALC Code of Conduct, Team Mo's obeys all traffic laws, We stop at all stop signs and stop lights without exception! We practice safe riding at all times! You must be present for the safety speech in order to ride!
