From the “Spotterhügel” you can watch helicopters and aeroplanes gliding into the distance. It’s a beautiful sight that lends itself to the presence of a DJ and barbecue. Serving up from the HeliGrill helicopter, culinary artist Norman Hunziker will prepare Rindssaliccia, a sustainable beef sausage the team leader of the junior chef’s team has created specially for the event. It will be served with carrot-curry bread, fries, mustard and herbal ice tea. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars.
