Herbs, flowers and seeds can add the perfect finishing touch to a meal. This workshop will show you how.
The Swiss Tavolata farmers Erika and Martha are experts when it comes to adding the finishing touch to food using foraged goods. At this FOOD Zurich workshop, they will show participants how to incorporate herbs, flowers and seeds from field, forest and meadow into meals. You’ll learn how to prepare nettles, what to do with goutweed and which flowers are edible – including those growing on your balcony. The duo will also demonstrate how to prepare cordial using herbs. The workshop will be held in Hotel Rütli and costs CHF 48 per person.
