Book a table at Fondue in the Sky and you’ll be treated to a three-course dinner for up to six people in the télécabine of a gondola ski lift as the sun goes down. After several successful editions in Villars-sur-Ollon, the award-winning pop-up dining experience from Dutch entrepreneur Bart A Kistemaker and wife Natasha Sanz de Acedo is also setting up in Crans-Montana this winter, allowing fans to dunk their bread against a whole new spectacular alpine backdrop.
