However, this journey of taste discovery ventures beyond even the realm of vodka and rum to discover Swiss gins and tonic. Switzerland’s spirit landscape offers an exclusive selection: five highballs mixed with gins from different cantons. You might find the Gin Basil Highball on the menu, alongside fare from the country’s best Schnaps producers. You’ll also discover which tonic complements which gin. The event costs CHF 65 per person.
