Thai restaurant Krungtep is a fixture in Osaka’s Dotonbori and has been certified as authentic by the Thai embassy. The restaurant’s offshoot at Time Out Market offers a daily selection of affordably priced khao kaeng lunch sets – essentially steamed rice served with a choice of curries and other side dishes, from pad thai to pad kra pao (from ¥1,210). You can also look forward to a range of refreshing Thai drinks and fruit-based desserts.
