Time Out says

The series that aims to take lectures out of academic settings into imaginative, art-directed spaces features six speakers per event, each with 12 minutes to share an idea with the audience. Locations are kept secret and only announced to ticket-holders a few days in advance. May 30: speakers include The Times Olympic and Sports News Correspondent, Ashling O'Connor on what goes into creating ‘The Greatest Show On Earth’, Prof Owen Holland on the first conscious robot, and blogger and author of ‘Girl With a One Track Mind’, Zoe Margolis, on the need for better sexual health education. May 31: speakers include Max Whitby on the relationship between the periodic table, bumblebees and Shakespeare’s Sonnets, Alwyn Collinson on his six-year project to tweet every day of WWII with events as they happened 72 years ago, and glass artist Matt Durran on advancements in his field and their medical applications. Both evenings also feature interactive performances. Booking essential.
