The Big Egg Hunt, Covent Garden Piazza
A London-wide hunt to discover ceramic Easter eggs designed and decorated by artists, designers, architects and jewellers including Polly Morgan, Jake and Dinos Chapman, Bruce Oldfield, Nicky Haslam and Mat Collishaw. This fundraising event for Elephant Family and Action for Children challenges the public to try and spot the 200, two-and-a-half foot high eggs, which are placed on special plinths around the capital. At the end of the hunt the eggs will 'nest together' in and around Covent Garden Piazza (Apr 3-9) before being auctioned for charity.

Great fun but they dont taste of much and are quite hard.
Me and my daughter Etse went to this egg hunt. She thourghly enjoyed it! It was for an exclent cause and I loved how she had a good time but did not ruin her beautiful teeth! She has never had a filling and I make sure she is always aware of the importance of dental hyignene. It was a lovely day ! Me and my Etse bonded so well!
Spent last sunday avo going round st James park and Piccadilly areas with friends, didnt expect it to be so much fun - makes you see so much more of London that you take for granted when living here.
