A rare chance to see a fascinating range of work – including antiquarian books, manuscripts and documents – held by Japan's Tenri Central Library, known around the world for its valuable collection of rare printed material. Visitors will be able to examine individual aspects of the craft, including bookbinding, illustration, paper and design, and a programme of events and demonstrations will shed light on such skills as origami and calligraphy.
