Using vivid coloured smoke bombs, the Italian artist transforms seascapes, forest scenes, and abandoned buildings into ethereal settings to explore the sublime. Like an apparition, the smoke bomb, which stems from an act of protest, exists for a fleeting yet durable time in a state of contemplation.
